Almost Perfect
Lemonade is great overall but I had a little trouble accessing my policy documents at first. It took longer than expected to figure it out, but other than that, I'm satisfied.

So far, my experience has been a mix. I like the tech and ease of use but when I had a claim question, I didn't get clear answers quickly. Just wish they were a bit faster.

Really Good Insurance!
I’ve had Lemonade for over a year now and I like their transparency. Just had to file a claim for some home damage and it was handled so swiftly!

Good service but slow response
Overall I had a good experience with Lemonade. The pricing was reasonable, and the interface is pretty sleek. Just took longer than expected to get a response from customer service when I had a question.

Amazing Experience!
I switched to Lemonade a few months ago and honestly, it's been the best decision ever! Their app is super user-friendly and everything is so transparent. I had to file a claim when my phone got damaged, and it was so quick and easy. Got my payout within 24 hours! Can't recommend them enough!
