Mostly good, but some hiccups
I like using Klarna, but once my payment was delayed, and it took forever to get a response from support. They sorted it out eventually, but it was frustrating.

Mixed feelings
Honestly, my experience has been okay. The app sometimes crashes when I try to check my statements, which is frustrating. It works, but I can’t give it more than 3 stars with these bugs.

Could be better
I like the concept of Klarna, but the app has a few glitches that make it difficult to use. I've had to reinstall it a couple of times. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel it deserves a 3-star rating.

Hit or miss for me
Klarna is okay, but I’ve had issues with my payments not showing up right away. They need to fix their processing times. Very mixed experience.
