Disappointed with the customer service
I had an issue with my order and reaching customer service was a nightmare. It took ages to get a response and they didn't really help much. The products are alright but dealing with that left a sour taste in my mouth.

Good prices, but not amazing
I love that KIKO is affordable. Got a foundation and a mascara. Foundation is okay, decent coverage, but the mascara didn't do much for volume. For the price, I guess it’s fine, but I wouldn’t rave about it.

Mixed feelings
KIKO has cool packaging and a lot of colors to choose from. I got a blush and a highlighter. They work fine but I'm not blown away. Both products are nice but just not as long-lasting as I'd hoped. Maybe I'll try some more products in the future.

Disappointed with Quality

Pretty Good Overall

Pretty good for the price
