I had high hopes for KidsOne but my experience was kind of disappointing. Shipping took forever and the customer support was hard to reach. Better luck next time?

Disappointed with customer service
I ordered a birthday gift for my son that was promised to arrive in 3-5 days. It ended up taking over two weeks. When I contacted support, they were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. Really disappointed, won't be shopping here again.

I ordered some educational games but they were damaged when they arrived. Not happy at all, especially since I paid good money for them.
