Decent experience, but needs improvement

I tried using KBB for my trade-in value. It was okay, but I felt the estimates were a bit off compared to what local dealers offered. It’s a start, but it could use more accurate data.

Mixed Feelings

Honestly, I expected more from KBB. Their website can be a bit clunky and the info isn’t always consistent. I found info on other sites that was more reliable for my car search.

Not very impressed

I had higher expectations from KBB. The valuations were lower than what I found elsewhere. I ended up using another service to get a better idea.

KBB Is Okay

Kelley Blue Book is decent for car pricing but I encountered some discrepancies with my car’s value compared to others. I use it sometimes, but I like to cross-check.

Average experience

Honestly, I expected more. KBB is okay for basic value checks, but I felt like the user interface was a bit clunky, and it took longer than I hoped to find what I needed.

Just Okay

KBB has its moments. Sometimes the info matches what I see on dealer sites, other times not. It's okay for a quick reference, but I just don’t rely only on it.

It's alright

KBB is decent, but I still feel like I could've gotten more money for my trade-in. The guide isn’t always reflective of real-market offers.

Could Be Better

I was hoping for more comprehensive reviews on vehicles. I found some helpful stuff, but felt like I could get better insights elsewhere. Just feels a bit lacking.

Mixed feelings about the site

KBB has some good info, but I find their valuations can be off sometimes. Used it to buy a used car and the info didn’t match what the dealer said. It’s useful but can’t rely on it 100%.
