Kayak has great features, but sometimes the search results are a bit weird, showing prices that aren't available. Had a bit of a hassle with one of my bookings.

Helpful but not perfect
It’s good overall, but I had issues with a couple of rental car bookings. Customer service was okay, but I expected more help.

I’ve used Kayak several times. It’s great for finding flights, but sometimes hotel prices feel off, like they don’t match what I found elsewhere.

Kayak has been okay for travel planning. It’s useful for checking flights but the UI can get a bit messy. Had one bad experience with customer service when I needed help.
