I recently flew with JetPro to Miami. The ticket was pretty affordable, but the flight got delayed for over 2 hours without much communication from the staff. The seats were okay, but I was hoping for a bit more comfort on a long-haul. Overall, it was an average experience, not terrible but not great either.
