Not worth the hype

Their software is full of bugs! Had multiple crashes while working on a project, and customer support wasn't very helpful. Not sure if I'll keep using it.

I tried reaching out to support for an issue I had with installation, but their response was super slow. I expected more from a company like JetBrains. The tool is okay, but support really lets it down.
