Almost Perfect
Had a good flight from SF to NY. The cabin crew was great and the legroom is better than other airlines I've tried. Only downside was my flight got delayed by an hour. But overall a solid experience.

Fantastic experience!

Pretty Good, Just One Mishap
Had a great experience but on my last flight there was a mix-up with my seat assignment. They fixed it quickly but it caused a little stress. Overall a good airline.

Great but some issues
The flight was great, but I had an issue with baggage claim that took way too long. They did eventually sort it out, but it was frustrating waiting. Otherwise, no complaints!

Best Airline Around
JetBlue is the best! Flew to Miami for a weekend getaway and had no issues. Check-in was easy, boarding was smooth, and I loved that they had TV screens on the seats. Can't beat that!
