Last month, my JBL Charge 4 stopped working after a bit of use. I contacted support, and they were super helpful! They guided me through troubleshooting, and when that didn't work, they offered me a replacement. Honestly, great service!

I thought JBL would be smoother, but I had some trouble connecting my speaker to the app for updates. It worked well eventually, but a bit frustrating at first, you know?

Got my JBL Live 400BT headphones last month. They're comfortable, but I wish the battery life was a bit longer. They sound incredible, but I just can't get through a full day without recharging.

The JBL PartyBox is just what I needed for my summer BBQs. The sound is incredible and it really pumps up the atmosphere. I love the light show feature too, it adds a fun element to the parties.
