Terrible customer service
Every time I reach out, they take ages to respond. Once, it took a week, and my connection issues weren't even resolved.

What a waste of money
I lost serious access to my accounts because IPVansurf kept blocking my connection. I tried reaching support but got no clear answers. I'm beyond frustrated!

This is a scam
I signed up and couldn't connect to any servers. When I tried getting support, they just ignored my messages. I lost money, and I'm furious.
