Good service, but billing issues
I’m generally happy with IONOS, but I had some problems with my billing statement last month. Support fixed it, but it was a bit stressful. Still might stay with them.

Good but a bit slow sometimes
Overall, IONOS is great, but I noticed my site can be a bit slow during peak hours. It's not a deal-breaker, but something to improve. Still, I love the service!
