Almost perfect!
I've had a few hiccups, like items being out of stock, but overall, everything has been smooth. The app is user-friendly, and my shoppers have been courteous. Just need to work on quicker replacements!

Good, but some user issues
Had a good experience for the most part, but ran into some issues with customer service once. It took a while to get a response, which was a bit frustrating. Hopefully, they'll fix this!

Need better tracking info
Instacart is good overall, but I wish they provided better tracking during delivery. Sometimes I don't know when to expect my order. Other than that, everything else has been solid!

I enjoy using Instacart for delivery, but I wish there were more organic and healthy options available. Sometimes I feel limited in choices compared to shopping in person. Overall, solid service though.

Good service but delivery fee can be high
I used Instacart for the first time last month. The selection was great, and the delivery was fast, but I was a bit shocked at the delivery fee. If you’re ordering a lot, it adds up. Still, I'll probably use it again when I need something quickly.

Good service but could improve delivery times
I like using Instacart for my grocery shopping. The selection is great, and it’s super easy to use. The only thing that bugs me is that sometimes deliveries take longer than promised. Just last week, my order was late by about 30 minutes.
