Not what I expected
Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with certain parts of HubSpot. While the marketing tools are strong, I found the learning curve pretty steep and the initial setup took longer than I thought.

Mixed feelings, could be better
The software has great features, but I found the customer support quite lacking at times. Had to wait a while for responses, which is frustrating when you need help.
