Okay Experience
I had some issues with my online banking login last month. It took a while to get help from customer service. They were nice, but it was frustrating to wait.

Not Bad, Not Great
HSBC has decent interest rates, but I feel like their fees could be lower. I've dealt with better banks in the past. Just average overall.
