Terrible experience
I ordered a gaming laptop and it arrived damaged. Contacted support and they promised to send a replacement, but it took over a month. I had to keep following up. Never buying from HP again.

I had to return my printer due to faulty printing. Customer service was rude and unhelpful, and it took forever to get my refund. Never buying HP again.

I purchased an HP all-in-one device and it was nothing but trouble from the start. Constant errors and tech support did not help. I regret this buy.
