It's okay but needs improvements
Hootsuite does its job, but sometimes it gets slow on my browser. I had an issue with their customer support taking ages to respond. Not terrible but definitely needs some work.

Good for social media management
I’ve been using Hootsuite for a few months now and overall it’s been pretty solid. The scheduling feature is a lifesaver for my business. Only weird thing is the interface could use some updates, seems a bit cluttered.

Great tool but with some quirks

Mixed feelings about features
I've used Hootsuite for a while and I have to say I’m a bit torn. On one hand, the scheduling feature is convenient and they offer multiple networks to connect. On the other hand, I find the mobile app a bit hard to navigate sometimes. It’s good but not great.

Hootsuite works well for the most part, especially for scheduling. I had a good experience overall, but there are some bugs that need fixing. Support was helpful when I reached out though, so that's a plus!

Consistent and reliable
