A solid website with potential

Decent but needs improvement
Some listings were interesting, but the communication could be much better. It took a while for agents to get back to me, and it just made the whole house-hunting experience tedious. If they improve their responsiveness, it could be a solid option.

Consistent and helpful

Terrible listings
The prices listed on homes.com were way off. I contacted a place that said it was available for $200,000, but when I called, they quoted me $230,000. It's misleading, and I wasted a lot of time trusting their info. Definitely won't come back.

Good but could be better
Overall, I liked Homes.com, but I did have a tough time contacting some realtors. A couple didn’t respond for days. Other than that, pretty solid platform.

Really bad search results
The properties I found weren't at all what I was looking for. The filters seem off, like they don’t actually reflect what I chose. Ended up with listings that had nothing to do with my preferences.

A mixed bag
I found some good listings on Homes.com, but overall it was a pretty frustrating experience. Many properties I was interested in were either mislisted or had questionable availability. The customer support was slow to respond, and I felt stuck in limbo most of the time.

Good but could be better
Homes.com is pretty solid for house hunting. I like the layout and the amount of listings. But sometimes the filters don't work as well as they should, which made my search a bit frustrating at times. Overall, a good experience but there’s room for improvement.

Frustrated with outdated info
I didn't like that many listings were not current. I would see properties that had been off the market for weeks still showing as available. Also, contacting real estate agents took too long. Made searching for my next home really annoying.

Terrible Service
I had a really bad experience using Homes.com while looking for new apartments. Their website kept showing outdated listings, and I wasted hours trying to schedule viewings for places that weren't even available. I finally reached out to customer support, but they took forever to respond and when they did, they didn't even help! I expected better access to current listings and helpful service for my money.

Too many issues
