Decent experience, not perfect
Visited Home Depot last weekend. Found what I needed but the checkout lines were super long. Also, a few associates seemed indifferent when I asked for help. Overall, it's okay but could improve.

Average experience
My last visit to Home Depot was just average. I found some decent deals, but again, the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took a while to get help. They really need to work on that.

Mixed Experience
I ordered some paint for my living room and it took way longer to arrive than expected. I called customer service and they were quite helpful, but the delivery delay was frustrating.

Not my favorite
Ordered a lawn mower online and it came with a dent. Customer service handled it well, but I expected better quality. Will think twice before ordering big items again.
