Fine, nothing special

Mediocre service

Not sure I'd recommend
I think Gopuff is okay. I've had orders where things were out of stock and they didn’t notify me until after the delivery. I feel like they really need to improve their inventory management.

Okay but needs improvements
I've used Gopuff a few times and it’s been hit or miss. Sometimes the delivery is prompt, but other times it takes ages. Not sure if they have enough drivers or what, but they really need to sort that out.

Decent but could be better
Gopuff has good prices, but my order was missing a couple of items. Customer service was alright when I reached out to them, but it was still frustrating.
