I expected GoodRx to be super easy to use, but I had some hiccups trying to get my discount at the pharmacy. Sometimes the coupon doesn’t show the correct price. A bit frustrating, but not terrible.

GoodRx helped with some savings, but there were some issues when I presented my coupon at the pharmacy. I had to call customer service, which took longer than expected. I guess it works but could be better.

GoodRx is okay, but the app has crashed on me a couple of times. I did find some decent discounts, but getting customer support was a hassle. Might keep using it, but not sure yet.
