I find Glassdoor useful but, at times, the reviews seem exaggerated. Some of the salaries listed don't match up with what I know. It's good, just not perfect.

Decent, but needs improvement
Glassdoor is okay, but I found a few job listings that were outdated. The reviews can be hit or miss too. Overall, it’s a solid tool but not perfect.
