Okay But Could Be Better
Used GetYourGuide for multiple tours. Some were great, but others fell flat. Maybe just my luck, but I expected more consistency.

Mixed feelings
Got tickets for a concert through GetYourGuide. The process was okay but the customer service was a bit lacking. They took ages to respond to my questions, and I felt kinda ignored. The concert was great though, so I’m torn.
