Disappointing service
Tried using Funimation but the app keeps crashing on my phone. Super frustrating. I expected more for the price I paid. Could really use some improvements.

Not bad, some issues

Not bad, but could be better
I really enjoy some of the shows on Funimation, but the streaming quality sometimes lags. It's a bit frustrating during the best scenes.

Great experience overall!
I’ve been using Funimation for about six months now and I’m really impressed with their catalog. They have all the best titles I love, like My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer. While the app did go through a couple of glitches, their customer support was quick to respond and helped me resolve my issues. Also, love that they have both dubbed and subbed versions available, which is a huge plus for me!

Decent but needs improvements
Content is good, but the app crashes sometimes. I’ve lost my progress on a couple of shows which is really frustrating.

Frustrating experience
I had trouble with the subtitles not syncing correctly, which made watching really hard. Customer service was unhelpful too, just left me hanging.

Underwhelmed
For the money, I feel like Funimation doesn’t deliver enough. So many shows are incomplete or not available. Might just cancel if things don’t improve.

Mixed feelings about the service
I've been a Funimation subscriber for about six months now. While the selection is decent and I love that some of the shows are dubbed, I’ve had issues with buffering during peak hours. Also, their episode release schedule doesn’t always match up with what I expected. Customer service was quick to respond, though, when I reached out. That was a plus!

Frustrating service
I had a bad experience with their customer service. I tried to change my payment method, and it got stuck for days. Tried messaging support, but it felt like they ignored me. I ended up just canceling my membership. Not cool.

Issues with the app
I really wanted to love Funimation, but I encountered too many problems. Episodes would freeze halfway, and even after reinstalling the app it was still glitchy. I’ve missed episodes during crucial moments which is super disappointing.

Too many bugs
Funimation really needs to get its app sorted out. I’ve faced multiple bugs while trying to watch shows, especially during big releases. A few times I couldn’t even access my account. I love the content, just wish the tech worked better!

Not what I expected

Frustrating experience

Decent but not the best

Worse experience
Signed up hoping for smooth streaming and a good library, but what a letdown! Constant loading issues make it impossible to enjoy anything. Never again.

Okay service, but flawed
The content is decent, but my experience has been marred by constant playback issues. I can start a show, then suddenly it crashes. I'd hope they'd fix these bugs soon.

Could use some improvements

Overall, not bad
There are definitely issues with Funimation, but the overall anime selection is good. I've noticed that sometimes episodes take longer to load, but I do appreciate the range of shows available. If they could just fix those buffering issues, it would be a much better experience.
