I had an issue with my subscription and it took forever to get a response from support. When they finally replied, it felt like they didn't even read my message properly. Really let down by that.

I was really excited to try Freeletics, but I've been disappointed. The app keeps freezing and the coaching feedback is pretty generic. Definitely not worth the hype.

Tried to cancel my membership and couldn’t find the option. Nobody responded from support, very disappointing! The workouts are good, but the app experience really needs improvement.
