Efficient but could improve
Flexport has been pretty decent to work with. They manage my logistics well, but a couple of times I had to follow up for updates. All's well that ends well, though.

Good overall but...
Flexport has been great for my logistics, really easy to use platform. I give it a 4 because I had a couple of delays with shipments last month and it took longer to clear things up than I expected. Still, I appreciate their transparency and I plan to keep using them.

Solid choice for shipping
