Disappointing service
Customer support took too long to get back to me when my website went down. I wasn't impressed with the response time or the quality of help I received.

Reliable with room for improvement
Overall, my experience has been pretty good. The plans are affordable and I do feel safe hosting here. Just had some issues with the website backing up correctly.
