Great variety and taste

Great service overall
I’ve been using Factor for a few months. Most meals are delicious and quite filling. The customer support team is responsive too when I had an issue with my account. Just wish they could improve on packaging a little.

Good meals but missing a few details
I’ve ordered from Factor a couple of times. The meals are tasty and perfectly cooked, but I wish they had more variety each week. Plus, one time a dish was missing an ingredient. Still, I’d say it's mostly a good experience.

Convenient and healthy options
Factor makes my busy life easier with healthy meals delivered weekly. I love their chicken stir-fry and the breakfast options. The delivery is always on time, but I think they could expand their vegan offerings a bit.

Pretty good food
Overall I liked Factor! Meals are fresh and portion sizes are decent. A couple of the recipes were a bit bland, though. Customer service was friendly when I reached out.
