Disappointed with support
I had issues with document uploads that took forever to resolve. Customer support was slow to respond and I felt really frustrated. Not sure I'll stick around.

Disappointing experience
Honestly, I expected more from Everlaw. The pricing feels a bit steep for what you get. Plus, I had to wait ages to get a response from their support team.
