Decent experience overall

Solid Insurance, Just One Issue
Overall, I had a pretty good experience with Ethos. Their customer service was helpful when I had questions about my policy. The rates were competitive, but the only downside was that it took longer than expected to get my documents. Not a dealbreaker, but still a bit annoying.

Great support but a bit slow on the claims process
I've been using Ethos for my life insurance for a little over a year now. The customer support is really responsive which I appreciate. Just wish the claims process was a bit quicker, took almost a month for mine to be processed.
