Alright but could be better

Mixed Feelings

Disappointed with the Service
I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived damaged. I contacted customer support but it took ages for them to respond. Really frustrating experience.

Okay, but could be better
I like their stuff, but I've had mixed experiences. The clothes are great quality, but some items just run small. Had to return a sweater and the return process was a bit of a hassle. They need to make that easier.

Not what I expected

Quality isn’t great
I’ve received two shirts from them, and one had a weird smell when I got it. The return process wasn’t smooth either. Not buying again.

Not worth it
I bought a t-shirt, and it shrank after the first wash. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. Probably won't order from them again.
