Good selection but could improve service
I love their range of sports gear, it’s hard to find such variety elsewhere. Just had a bit of a delay at checkout though, the staff seemed overwhelmed. Overall, still a pretty good experience.

Very reliable shop
Always find what I need at Dick's. Their online shopping is easy too. Had a minor issue once, but customer service sorted it out quickly.

Nice store
Visited the store last weekend and found a great pair of running shoes. Prices were pretty decent too. Just wish they had more sizes in stock.

Disappointed with the delivery
I ordered a basketball online and it took over a week to arrive. Customer service was not helpful at all when I inquired about it. Not pleased.
