Average Experience
My experience with DHL was okay, nothing too special. The package was delayed by a few days. I get that things happen but I expected better. They could really improve on keeping customers in the loop.

Mixed feelings
I sent two packages with DHL. One arrived fast but the other got delayed by a week. Customer service was nice but it took time to sort things out. I'm not sure if I would use them again for important stuff.
