Disappointed with the order
I had high hopes for DeviceNow but received a faulty product. The earbuds I got didn’t connect to my phone properly. They did offer a return, but it took ages for the replacement.

I was really looking forward to my new gaming monitor, but it arrived broken. Customer service took ages to reply. Not cool at all!
