Mediocre Software Overall
I’ve been using Descript for a few months, and while the idea is promising, the execution falls short. Creating videos is harder than it needs to be, and I’ve had multiple issues with audio not aligning correctly. The customer service took a week to reply to my last ticket, which was disappointing. There’s potential, but I need more reliability to keep using it.

Disappointing performance
I expected more from Descript. The transcription quality isn’t great and I encountered bugs that really slowed me down. Not impressed.

Could be better
Decent tool, but the subscription costs are pretty high, and I feel like I’m not using half of the features. Needs more tutorials.

Some Good, Some Bad
I love the transcription feature, but it often lags during playback. The export options are decent, but sometimes I lose my changes. Needs some work.

Not reliable
Used it for editing podcasts, but the audio glitches are annoying. It doesn’t save changes sometimes. Really not impressed.
