Honestly, I was pretty let down by Delta. My flight got canceled at the last minute and their customer service was not helpful at all. I ended up having to book a last-minute ticket with another airline. Not cool.

I expected better from Delta. My flight was delayed and I received little info on what was happening. The customer service team wasn't very helpful either. I hope it’s just a one-time issue.
