I've been using DatePoint for a couple of months now and overall, I'm happy with it. The matching seems pretty spot on, and I've met some interesting people. However, there was a bit of a hiccup when I tried to cancel my subscription. Customer support took a while to respond, and I felt a little frustrated. But once I got through, they were helpful. Just wish that part was smoother.

I’ve been using DatePoint for a while and it's been mostly positive. Met someone I click with! Just wish the search options were a bit better.
