Started using CryptoUp last month. The transaction fees are kinda high compared to competitors plus the withdrawal times are too slow.

Disappointed with support
Signed up a few weeks ago. The site is okay, but I had some issues and the customer support was not helpful at all. I expected better.

Sadly, my experience was not the best. I had issues with my account, and it took forever to get help. Nice platform, but they'll need to fix their customer service to keep me as a user.

Honestly, I expected more from CryptoUp. There were too many glitches, and sometimes the charts don’t even update. Kinda disappointing.
