Almost perfect
Love the plans and outright prices, but I had some trouble when I tried to upgrade my phone. It took longer than expected to process.

I've been using Cricket for a while now and I'd say it's pretty good. The coverage is decent and I love the unlimited plan for $55. Just wish they had more store locations around.

Not too much to complain about. I love my plan with unlimited calls and texts and the data is usually fast enough for streaming. Pretty reliable overall!

Overall, I'm pleased with Cricket but I had a couple of issues with slow data during peak hours. Still, the price is right and the service beats my last provider.

Cricket's pricing is hard to beat. I've got the 10GB plan and it's great for what I need. I did have a small issue with customer service, but they sorted it out quickly.

Overall, Cricket is a solid choice. My only hiccup was activation taking a bit longer than expected, but once it was done, everything worked like a charm. Just a minor setback, everything else is great!

Cricket's service is pretty good but I did have a small hiccup with my data speed at one point. It got sorted out after I called customer service, who were very helpful. Overall, satisfied!

Cricket works fine for me, but I’d like more details online about data usage. Their website can be confusing sometimes, but customer support is helpful.

Cricket has decent service, but I wish their customer service was a bit faster. Had to wait on hold for a while when I had a question about my plan. Other than that, not a bad experience.

I've had great experiences with Cricket, but sometimes the data speeds slow down in crowded areas. Still, for the price, it's awesome.

I like the coverage, but I got hit with some extra fees that I wasn’t expecting. It’s not a dealbreaker though, just a little annoying.

Overall, Cricket is solid but I've experienced issues with my data speed a couple of times. It usually resolves itself, but it can be frustrating. Still, I appreciate the cost savings.
