Good selection but slow delivery
I really like the variety Crate & Barrel offers. I ordered some outdoor furniture and it looks fantastic. Delivery took longer than expected, but the quality made up for it.

Just okay, expected more
I was a bit disappointed with my recent order. Some items weren’t as high quality as I thought they would be and the customer service was not as responsive as I hoped. Kind of a letdown.

Stylish and functional
I recently got some kitchen ware from Crate & Barrel and it’s been wonderful! Everything looks so stylish. Just had a slight issue with one of the mugs it broke way too easily.

Great products, minor issues
I love Crate & Barrel's designs! I ordered a dining table, and it arrived on time, looking amazing. The only downside was that I found a small scratch on the surface, but customer service was helpful in resolving it.

Quality furniture, but pricey
Crate & Barrel has great quality furniture. I bought a sofa that's super comfy. Just wish the prices were a little lower. Sometimes it feels like you pay for the brand more than anything.

Decent experience overall
I had a decent experience shopping here. The items I received were nice, but I felt a bit overwhelmed by the choices. The store was quite crowded during my visit. Maybe go on a weekday?
