Disappointed with quality
I was really excited to get my Converse, but they fell apart after just a few weeks. Not what I expected for the price. I won't be buying again.

Disappointing Customer Service
I bought a pair of Converse shoes online and when I got them, they were damaged. Reached out to customer service and it took ages to get a reply. Eventually they sent me a replacement, but the whole process was frustrating. Not happy at all.
