Constant Contact has great templates and is user-friendly, but it can be pricey for what you get. I had some issues with the reporting features that weren’t as in-depth as I hoped. It’s okay, but I’d explore other options next time.

I had some issues with delivery rates initially. It took a while to get sorted out. But when it works, it's fantastic. Just wish things were smoother.

Overall, Constant Contact does what it says. However, I faced some glitches while setting up my last campaign. It’s workable but needs improvements in reliability.
