Solid makeup range
The selection of colors is really nice and the prices are pretty affordable. Just wish the website was a bit easier to navigate. Found a couple of my fave products, but it took some time to find them.

Custom packaging let me down
I enjoy ColourPop but I had an issue with my last order. One of the items I got was damaged because the packaging was subpar. I contacted customer service and they were helpful, but it was a bummer to open the box and see my broken product.

Really good overall!
I had a few hiccups with shipping but the products themselves are fantastic. The palettes are versatile and the colors are just gorgeous.

Great makeup, but a bit slow on shipping
I really love ColourPop's products, the eyeshadows are super pigmented and the lipsticks last all day. I ordered a few items for my birthday and they took longer than I expected to arrive, almost two weeks. Overall, I'm happy, just a little frustrated with the shipping.

Fantastic colors but packaging needs work
I love the vibrant colors they offer. My only issue is with the packaging, a couple of items arrived damaged and it was disappointing. But the quality is there!
