Disappointing experience
Tried using CoinBox and had a rough time with their app crashing frequently. Lost some potential profits because of this. I'm looking for alternatives now.

Almost excellent
I really enjoy using CoinBox. The payout speed is impressive, and I found their tutorials helpful for beginners. Just one issue sometimes the site lags a bit.

Not impressed with the support team. Took me ages to get a response when I had an issue with my account verification. The platform works, but the service is lacking.

Decent platform for trading
CoinBox is useful for crypto trading. I appreciate the variety, but I hope they improve their verification process it took too long.

Not what I expected
The app kept crashing when I tried to make a deposit. Customer service took ages to reply and didn’t even solve my issue. Definitely won’t recommend.

Mixed bag
Used CoinBox for a few months. The platform is alright but has its bugs. Some features are useful, but overall performance could improve. Not sure if I'll stay.

Good platform overall
CoinBox has a nice interface and some interesting features. The trading fees are reasonable, but I wish their customer support was a bit quicker to respond.

Pretty good overall

I managed to buy some crypto easily, but the withdrawal process was painfully slow. I don’t know if I'll use it again.
