Absolutely in love with my new bag!

Not as expected
I ordered a Coach purse online and was really excited, but when it arrived, it was smaller than I thought and the color was off. I’ve had better experiences with other items from them, so this was kinda disappointing.

Service needs improvement
I’ve had issues with getting replies to my support emails about a damaged item. The product I bought is okay but I really wasn’t happy with customer service.

Fast delivery and great service!
Ordered my Coach wallet online, and it arrived two days earlier than expected! Also, customer support answered my questions quickly. The wallet is beautiful, but I wish there were more color options.

Great quality, but pricey
The quality is fantastic, but I found Coach products to be a bit expensive. I bought a wallet that’s very nice, but I think the price could be a little lower. Still, happy with my purchase overall.

Good quality, minor issues
Bought a pair of shoes and they fit perfectly. However, the checkout process was confusing, I couldn't find my discount code. Overall, I’d shop here again but hope for a smoother payment experience.

Very disappointing experience
I had issues with my order getting lost in shipping, and it took ages to resolve. The wallet I got is nice, but the hassle was not worth it. I expected better service.

Decent experience, but could be better
I ordered a purse online, it took over two weeks to arrive. Customer service was responsive when I asked about it. The purse itself is gorgeous but I was expecting quicker shipping for the price I paid. I think next time I’ll check the delivery estimates before buying.
