Mixed feelings about my experience

I ordered a jacket from ClothBase a couple of weeks ago. It looked amazing online, but when it arrived, the color was off from what I expected. The shipping was decent, took about a week, but the customer service wasn’t very helpful when I tried to get a replacement. I like the products, but the hassle was a bummer.

The clothes were nice but took ages to ship. I got my order a week late. I mean, come on, just get the shipping sorted out, please!
