Mixed Feelings
I used Clio for my law firm, and it's been rather okay. The interface is user-friendly, but I faced some issues with customer service. Sometimes slow response, which is frustrating.

Not Bad, Not Great
Clio has good potential, but I sometimes feel it’s more complicated than it needs to be. I had some trouble with task management features, which can be confusing at times.
