Quite frustrating

Frustrating experience
I registered and wanted to sell my place through Cian but the support didn’t follow up on my listing. I had to deal with this by myself. Very disappointing.

I had high hopes for Cian, but I got frustrated. Listings were outdated and so many times the apartments were already rented. Customer service didn’t help much either. Just felt like a waste of time.

Terrible experience
I had a nightmare with Cian. The agent I spoke to was rude, and most of the listings were fake. I wasted days on this and I'm really annoyed. Never using it again.

Pretty Solid Option
Used Cian to look for a new home. Lots of listings and useful info. The app could be a bit more user-friendly but works well enough for me.
