Fast delivery but wrong order
Delivery was fast, but I got someone else's order. I called support and they were polite but I had to wait while they figured it out. Really annoying.

Not worth the wait

Not happy with my last order
I usually love Chipotle but my last delivery was a letdown. The bowl was mostly rice and barely any meat. Felt like I was cheated out of a meal. Will think twice before ordering again.

Disappointed with the service
The delivery took over an hour and when I called customer service, they were not helpful at all. My order was missing guacamole which is a must for me. Really let down by this experience.

Could be better
I love Chipotle but delivery has been hit or miss lately. Sometimes fast, sometimes takes forever. Food quality is good when it finally arrives.

Disappointed with order
I ordered a burrito bowl but it arrived half the size, and it was cold. Really disappointing, Chipotle. You gotta do better!
