Good, but could use improvement
Chess.com is solid but I feel like the user interface could be a bit more intuitive. Sometimes finding specific features takes longer than it should.

Almost Perfect!
Chess.com is super fun to use, I really enjoy the interactive features. My only issue is that sometimes the mobile app crashes which is super annoying. But overall, still a great platform!

Good but Needs Improvement
I like Chess.com, but I think they could work on their customer support. I had a question and it took a while to get a response. Still, the features and games keep me coming back.

Great platform, but some bugs
Chess.com has a great interface and tons of features. I love the lessons and analysis tools. However, I've encountered some bugs in the app that can be a bit annoying.

Almost perfect!
I enjoy everything about Chess.com, the only downside is the occasional lag during peak hours. But other than that, their features and community are great!
